Insurance & Fees

For in-person therapy, I am currently in-network with Lyra Health only.

For virtual sessions, I accept the following insurance providers:

• Lyra Health

• Kaiser

• Carelon/ LA Care

• Anthem  Medi-cal

• UnitedHealthcare / Optum 

If you are not using one of the listed insurance plans, I also offer private pay options. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
