Dalia Robkin is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and children. She has extensive clinical experience working with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including substance use, domestic violence, and perinatal mental health. Dalia is certified as a domestic violence advocate by the City of Los Angeles and has facilitated both individual and group sessions for survivors of abuse.
She also holds a Certificate of Completion in PSI’s Perinatal Social Support Network Development and volunteered for the Postpartum Support International warm-line. In this role, she assesses and supports mothers experiencing postpartum depression as well as fathers navigating the impact of their partner’s postpartum mental health. Her services range from crisis intervention to connecting families with appropriate local resources and mental health services.
In addition to her clinical work, Dalia serves as a member of the Ventura County Behavioral Health Advisory Board, where she volunteers her time to help individuals and families access vital support services, including mental health care, housing, and insurance.
Dalia’s personal experience of being raised in one culture while raising her family in another has deepened her understanding of the complexities of immigration, acculturation, and cross-cultural identity. These life experiences not only inspired her path as a therapist but also enrich her clinical insight and compassion when working with individuals and families navigating cultural transitions and relationship challenges.
